Great B&B, the hosts Debbie and Michael make you feel welcome from the start. They have a remarkable view for breakfast and a breakfast area that makes the stay here a must when you are visiting the Finger Lakes. They are also wonderful chefs who add their own twists to classic breakfasts. Worth the stay alone. This is a charming 200 year old home that is a pleasure to stay at and explore. Be sure to watch the you-tube video on the website, it will make you want to stay. Debbie and Michael are very knowledgeable of the surrounding area and can help you plan your day of wineries, restaurants, parks, biking, hiking or kayaking. They are centrally located and very affordably priced. They will be our go to destination in the Finger Lakes.

Michael and Debbie are the quintessential hosts. A recent stay in their B&B was the most enjoyable experience of our tour of the regions vineyards and wineries.

It’s our 4th visit to Debbie and Michael’s place( we could do it more often if the rooms weren’t so high in demand!). We came in both fall and summer, and every time we wished we could stay just a bit longer. It’s an amazing B&B right on the Seneca Lake Wine Trail, with easy access to all the region’s attractions, sights, and yes, a plethora of wineries.nnDebbie and Michael aren’t just wonderful hosts, they welcome you like you’re part of the family. They’re incredibly friendly, and can give you recommendations for just about any activity in the area. If anything, it seems like they really enjoy having guests in their B&B and are glad to help with any concerns.nnWe always stay at the “Writer’s Den” (2 bdr with a deck), and sunsets have never failed to exceed our expectations - the view from the deck is breathtaking, day or night. Rooms are very comfortable, clean and cozy. Internet connection is perfect, to the relief of my daughter.nnBreakfast deserves 5 stars: the way Debbie and Michael serve the table with incredible care, delicious 2 course meal -- ingredients all fresh and local – everything is so visually aesthetic yet homely!nnEvery time we visit the experience is absolutely worth the travel, and it makes the perfect vacation spot to just unwind. It’s a lovely house with some of the loveliest people; we can’t wait to be back soon!

Staying here was like staying at home. We loved the warm, inviting atmosphere and the pleasant hospitality of Michael and Deb. The views of Seneca Lake from the breakfast room and upstairs porch are beautiful any time of day. Breakfasts were a special treat!
