Stayed here while our son was playing at Dream Park. Front desk was super friendly. My son left them one of his team's Cooperstown pins for display. Room was very clean and comfortable. The free washer/dryer was great too. Would definitely stay here again if in the area! Beautiful view from the back deck too!

Beautiful rooms. Clean. Quiet. Washer and dryer available for guest at no extra charge. Gorgeous view to the mountain. I would pf gobing a 5 star but NOT pet friendly.nDefinitely I will recommend to stay.

Excellent place to stay for Cooperstown baseball tournament. Nice laundry room, grills and lawn outback, close to oneonta and Cooperstown.
