2W Lake B&B

My husband and I had the absolute best weekend getaway in Skaneateles, staying at 2W Lake B&B! The location is perfect with beautiful views of the lake and is in easy walking distance to all the shops/restaurants. The B&B itself is really beautiful; Clark, the owner, did a phenomenal job with each room, letting all the historical details sing. He also makes a phenomenal breakfast and is just the nicest. Oh, and the beds are divine! We can’t wait to return!

This was a first time stay for my wife and I at a B & B. After staying here I'm not sure I want to stay in another hotel. The house is beautiful! The house is right across the street from the park and water. You can also walk everywhere very easily and do not need a car unless your looking to go to the vineyards, etc.nnWe had the pleasure of staying with the new owner, Clark, and he was great. He cooked us wonderful breakfasts, had great conversations, and gave us plenty of recommendations on what to do or where to eat. Lakeview Pub has the best roast beef sandwiches!!nnWe are already looking to book another stay. Highly recommend.

Best B&B ever! I don't even know where to start. David and Brenda were so nice, David even helped us carry an insanely heavy suitcase to the third floor. Oh, the third floor? Yes, we had the Loft room, which is 2 floors starting on the second floor. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, the trees had no leaves so we had a nice view of the lake. Breakfast was hands down the best breakfast I've eaten before. Seasoned perfectly, melt in your mouth amazing. Bacon wrapped asparagus....how is the bacon crunchy? I don't even like asparagus and I wanted more. Real maple syrup, Mediterranean omelette, pancakes, oh man it was so good. No street noise, beautifully decorated, it felt like home. I'd give it 10 stars if I could.

My boyfriend booked this B&B for the night for my Birthday and it was FABULOUS! The entire home is charming, clean, and it's perfectly located. The owners were so polite and personable. We arrived a little early and they let us check-in with no fuss. Our room was adorable and the bed was SO comfortable. They have a wrap around front porch which was a joy to relax on in the evening. In the morning, we had delicious feast / breakfast waiting for us. If you are looking for a beautiful B&B look no further! We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit!

The name has changed name and ownership. It is now 2W Lake B & B. Fabulous!! 5 star service!
