The Sherwood Inn

A must enjoy whenever in Skaneateles. Everything from their pub sandwiches and burgers to their dinner entrees such as Yankee Pot Roast, Pecan Salmon, and Prime Rib (especially the Prime Rib, my gold standard) all favourites of mine that I’ve had multiple times each since the early 1980’s. Also a nice place to enjoy a glass of wine on one of their couches in front of their traditional and working fireplace.

Very nice lake view seating, quick service and tables were well spaced out for safe seating. My wife and I had a very nice lunch with good food and at a very reasonable price. 4 stars because our hot lunch was not as hot as expected which ment eating quite quickly however it was delicious anyway.

Excellent! Such a great place, food is absolutely wonderful. Love their french onion soup. Waitress was very personable and accommodating. Highly recommend.

SERVICE WAS ELITE. So attentive and on point. The food was great. From appetizers to dessert. They definitely pay attention to detail. Will try to visit again!

super amazing place! I went there with my girlfriend and they treated us so well! The place was so clean - you could eat off the floor. We did spend time on the floor! Loved how romantic the rooms were also
