Packwood House

The RM 312 is described as lake view. It is not. It is all tree view. Also, we paid $380 with tax and fees and not even 1 bottle of water. The House is in the village which is walking distance for most establishments.

The view was gorgeous! You do have to check in at the Sherwood Inn a very short walk from here but they also serve a complimentary breakfast there. All of the staff were very pleasant. The room we stayed in was comfortable, well-kept and all around fantastic. I'd love to stay here again.

I loved this place! It's the most ideal center of town, the rooms are beautiful and modern, and the hotel was quiet since there is no lobby. Checking in and out at the Sherwood Inn is easy and includes breakfast. I loved the underground parking as well!

Had a very nice weekend. Clean comfortable rooms. Across from a crystal clear Skaneateles Lake. Some nice shops and restaurants. It's the sister property of the Sherwood Inn where we had a fantastic pot roast dinner and cocktails.

This property is owned by the Sherwood Inn. Excellent location with a view of the lake and easily can walk anywhere in the village. Breakfast at the end is included with your stay and they always have excellent food
