Homewood Suites By Hilton New Hartford Utica

We had the BEST weekend at Homewood Suites in New Hartford! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, even sealed so we knew that we were the only ones to enter! The breakfast area was very clean and comfortable. We were glad that the staff was so helpful and kind. The pool reservations were a bit hit with our kids too! They got the pool to themselves and could feel comfortable enjoying the water! Staff wore masks at all times and the establishment went above and beyond to ensure that our family and other guests were having a safe, relaxing experience. Thank you, Homewood Suites, for a really wonderful time! It was our first time staying outside our home in a year and we are very grateful for such a positive experience! We will DEFINITELY be visiting again soon!

Very nice, clean hotel. The room really was perfect with a good sized kitchen area including dishwasher and the room even had a ceiling fan which was a nice touch. As other reviewers have said, the staff was exceptionally courteous. The pool area was a good place to go relax; however, beware - the tiled floor surround was very, very slippery. Outside there is an open area to just hang out including a fire pit, comfortable couches, a large pergola and two large BBQ grills for guests to use, including all the grilling tools. My only real complaint is that the breakfast was really bad! Albeit, since they are still taking precautions, breakfast was delivered to each room in a paper bag. Really was not worth eating at all. However, besides the breakfast issue, this hotel is definitely worth staying at. My husband and I will absolutely be staying there again.
