Hampton Inn & Suites New Hartford

Your front desk clerk Jean was amazing he did everything he could to make sure we had a great stay. This is our 3rd time here and the hotel fails to amaze us. I work at a hotel but I will forever be coming back to this site amazing surroundings

Very Good Clean Hotel with great staffing. Thank you Patrick, Jenna, Jean and serving staff for such great hospitality. Awesome pool and they really care about the your family and their needs. I highly recommend going here to just get away

Staff was courteous and helpful, hotel and room were very clean. Walls between rooms were very thin. We were awakened at 1am by a loud TV and loud exchange between guests in the next room. Called front desk and it was addressed promptly. Fluorescent light outside window with no blackout curtains was distracting during the night. Bathroom door lock broken and shower made a loud, squealing noise.

Great service from all employees, very clean and comfortable. Hot breakfast is back and soo good

James at the front desk was able to answer all our questions and help us with whatever we needed, room was clean and sanitized as well!
