La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Verona

Hats off to the female desk staff here! They work to make your stay an enjoyable one. The manager and night clerk were very professional and pleasant. Place is clean and we'll maintained. Easy access to I90 and Casino.

This was our second stay and definitely won't be our last. The hotel is super clean with a friendly staff. Our room looks like it was just upgraded and is very large. They have a very nice bar and restaurant area. The pool and hot tub are a nice bonus. They have a shuttle that goes to the casino. Unfortunately, the pool, hot tub and shuttle are closed due to covid. If you don't want to spend $300+ for a room at the casino, this is your place.

If I could give a 0 I would. We reserved a king suite upon arrival it looked clean. However the jet tub in our room was spewing black flecks when we turned it on. That’s when we looked closer to how clean the actual room was. The furniture had stains all over it and the bar top stools were not secure and our hallway was filled with the most vile smell. My fiancé and I were so disgusted we decided to not stay. When we approached the front desk and asked for a refund we were told we had to wait for a manager she gave us the number and we left. 2 hours later we called and left a message and still nothing. We will most certainly not be staying here again.

I booked a king sweet with jacuzzi tub in room. I got there it was a king sweet with 2 queen beds and a tiny shower with no hot water. 2nd time I have went there and its the 1st time I was disappointed. Never again

This hotel is clean, affordable and conveniently located next to Turning Stone. Staff is very nice and easy to work with. I completely recommend.
