It's a great place to live.. I've been here 11 years very few issues with neighbors but that is a normal thing... well maintained roads and other areas of the park

I've lived here for 13 years. It's a safe, friendly neighborhood where neighbors often become friends, and everyone look out for each other. The mail room is secure which gives peace of mind. We greatly appreciate how well they take care of the streets year round- especially in winter! If your downsizing or starting out with smaller, more affordable home- this is the manufactured home community you want to choose.

five yrs in, and how it has changed. Neighbors are the rudest , even worst than Buffalo. They are inconsiderate, where they park, noise from music that you may as well be at a concert, They are bums who could not afford a real concert. Management does little to enforce , so called rules.

Nice clean place to live.

It is cheap on rent. You can own the mobile home.
