Hampton Inn Lockport - Buffalo

The hotel is nice, clean, new. The staff was courteous. However, this hotel is of poor construction and there's nothing to dampen the noise from the rooms above and on either side. The floors are bouncy and made of wood. You can hear and feel people walking above you and in the next room. If you want to sleep, don't stay here. If you're a heavy sleeper, it's a nice new clean place to stay, just noisy.

This is not our first time staying here & in 6 months we were sadly disappointed. The beds & pillows were terribly uncomfortable. There was inconsistency with the breakfast items as well as cleanliness & restocking during breakfast hours. In addition, we were awaken on multiple nights due to other guests with the last straw being a physical fight in the hallway at midnight. We are disappointed to say this will be our last time as we have enjoyed the pleasant staff.

Very nice hotel. Stayed in King with sofa which was very roomy. Bed very comfy, sofa bed was not and it was noisy creaky. Nice pool & gym. Good breakfast offering, coffee all day. Nice large bathroom.

Very nice hotel and pool for decent price. And they provide a free breakfast in the mornings as well

We had a great experience here during COVID. Clean, comfortable and quiet. An excellent value. Also- the local drive in movie theater is down the road so that’s a bonus.
