The Woodlands

It's an okay place to live if you can't afford the price of a brand new house or even an older house I bought a brand new trailer when I arrived here two years ago. Not only am I paying my rent which is very expensive but I'm also playing paying on my mortgage. The price between the two of them is close to $1,200 a month. I just had moved from Michigan to here and was only paying $575 a month for my house which was had a four bedrooms and two bath. So I've been looking for a new house in the Western New York area so I don't have to pay these high rental fees. They gradually been going up for the past 2 years almost $45 difference from what I moved in. They stated they were going to repay of all the roads they only repaved the main road. The roads around me have holes in them, they fill up with water when it rains and turns the ice in the winter. Even though my modular home was brand new I don't like that it only has paneling on the inside and if you go to hang a shelving unit with just normal screws it falls out of the wall and hits the ground you got to use Molly bolts for everything. Other than that it's okay.

My sister lives there and all the yards were kept nice

Roads are barely big enough for two cars houses are very close togather meh
