Chelsea Inn Hotel

This hotel was awesome. My organization held two events here and the experience was one of the best I've ever had working with a hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always there to help. Not once did I have to go looking for someone to help me. The rooms were great. Clean and modern. I would say the only downside if they don't have room services for lunch and dinner. I will definitely stay here again.

This hotel was great for a short stay! Clean facilities, not expensive and kind and responsive staff. Very close to transportation and safe entry and exit procedures. The only reason why this review does not have 5 stars is that my room was FREEZING! They accommodated by providing blankets, but it was still cold. However, it was still a very pleasant stay for a night in NYC.

We stayed at your hotel for a week on a business/holiday trip. It was such a great location, it's easy to get to the center of the town and all the tourist hotspots were amazing. The food was also very delicious and mouthwatering. What a nice place to relax! The overall experience was absolutely amazing! Strongly recommended to all!

Clean rooms, speedy check in, friendly helpful staff, awesome gym amenities, free fruit soaked water. Its a great hotel and it is not too far from some great restaurants.
