Radisson Hotel New York Times Square

My husband and I stayed here in December of 2020. We were very happy with our stay. The room and the entire hotel were very clean. We only took a carryon and we're able to fit our thick coats in there because we used vacuum sealed bags. We called before arriving to ask if we could use their vacuum to pack before we checked out and they said yes! So awesome, to help us out like that. We were able to leave our luggage there after checkout since our flight out wasn't until the evening. When we returned to get our luggage, the front desk staff graciously let us in our room to use the facilities since it had not been cleaned yet for the next guests. They didn't have to do any of this for us but were so kind in doing so, they really went above and beyond for us. The location is also great because you are right by Penn Station and in the middle of EVERYTHING. I truly recommend this hotel and will hopefully be going back soon.

Worth it totally.nnI really loved this hotel, it is so new! Everything is clean and has good smell. The only thing is the public space at the front of the hotel, a lot of homeless and weed smell. This is not hotel’s fault I know. Otherwise the location is awesome! Port authority is so close and Penn station. So easy to move everywhere. 10 min to Times Square, 5 min to Hudson Yards. Loved it

This place was amazing! Everything about our stay was comfortable, along with the convenience of being able to explore many parts of the city. We saw more than we ever imagined in the 2 days we spent in NY. The guest services are awesome, they were very welcoming. There is no parking included so you have to plan for that which we kind of expected. We did think there would be some sort of breakfast, at least a grab and go but there was not. That was our only complaint.

The room was nice aesthetically speaking. The toilet in our bathroom didn't work for most of our stay and while looking for the remote we found a condom and 3 packets of soy sauce behind the bed. Obviously doesn't have the best cleaning standards, a little scary to think about in general but especially now during covid (room 1102 in case someone wants to do some better cleaning) Location was convenient, staff was pleasant, overall wouldn't stay here again unless I absolutely had to.

All staff was great. Since the moment we came in there always a smile. Easy check-in and check-out. Elevators works perfectly. Great location just a minute to MSQ and Penn Station. Great food nearby. Peter and all the staff was excellent. Rooms are clean, hallways are clean. Second time we stay and next time we visit will stay too. Completely recommended.
