Candlewood Suites New York City- Times Square

It doubles as a shelter yet has the unmitigated gall to demand a $100 security deposit and 1 working elevator and you have to go downstairs to get towels. Utterly ridiculous. Management and staff were very polite though.

Toilet makes loud noises, had to request someone to fix heat 2 times, front desk hasn't answered the phone all day. Queen bed is a small queen size. Highly doubt I will return.

This place is nice... The employees there were fanatical, nice, prompt & friendly... The rooms were made for Gods. I couldn't even find a grain of dust. Everything was brand spanking new and smelled fresh... There bathrooms were cleaned to the T, I'd probably eat food off the floor of it ud83dude2eud83dude06... The reception area is warming and welcoming. And the prices for the night or week is fair and affordable... This place is worth booking!

Half the place is a shelter, yet they dare charge $100 per night incidental fee on top of $137+ room rental. Smfh!
