The Mark Hotel

A fantastic meal at a reasonable price. We ate outside during the winter months during the pandemic. The tables were well spaced with individual heat lamps over each table. The entire service staff complied with wearing masks at all times. Menus were paperless, the food was delicious and came out quickly. The best part of the meal, however, was the exceptional service. Our waiter, Zach, was incredibly professional and attentive. Paul, the manager, ensured that we were having the best experience possible. Our favorite restaurant has continued its excellence during these difficult times. I will gladly return and utilize its indoor dining as things return to normal.

Was just there today. Walked in to get coffee and something to eat with my friend. When the guy at the front door greet us and asked us what we need it and I told him he told me that there is another restaurant next door with good coffee and better price. I looked straight at him in the eyes and told him no I am good here. When we walked in the hostess was standing in front of us with her tablet and did not even greet us until I made a noise to get her attention. Our waitress was very nice and respectful, everything else was a bad experience.

Great customer service. They upgraded my room immediately after I had comments about the street noise. Really comfortable stay with them.

I love the management at the Mark, they truly make me feel like I’m coming home every time I stay. Location is the best, and they still have delicious food available for guests. Awesome staycation option if your looking to change it up and enjoy some other parts of the city during Covid (or anytime!)

Great hotel, awesome new rooms and amazing costumer service! Within walking distance of nice restaurants and speak easy bars. Minutes from downtown. Maria at the reception desk made our stay a smooth transition and was always accessible. Will definitely be staying again.
