La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham New York City Central Park

Was hesitant because of low reviews, but had nothing but a great stay, great room, and great service at this hotel. I stayed about 10 days. The price of my room was reasonable - if it increases much after the pandemic, then I’d deduct stars from the review. The sheets, towels and bathroom were completely clean. There is an in-room AC and heating. The bed is very comfortable. There is a large desk and ergonomic chair in the king room. Absolutely recommended stay. Get a room facing the street for maximum light. Caveat: there is no mini-fridge even in the king room, and they don’t have enough even if you ask.

To start off it is not like the pictures! I would love to rate it more because I was greeted nicely, my check in was fast and easy however when we got to the room the room was literally a box we couldn't even walk. It was so hot, there was no AC there was nothing. When you get to the hotel they charge you another additional fee that will be refunded after you check out. Breakfast was not the best I'd say save your money and find something better.

The room was small for two people as well as the restroom. The service wasn't efficient and fast. The administration should renew the hotel. One star for good location, and another star because the price was reasonable. Breakfast was decent.

Good and bad...location was great!. But price was high. Dog friendly and lots to see. But room with queen was 10x12.small. plus the extra fee after we paid for reservation $54 for amenities? Not disclosed until we got there. Mattress had seen a few million miles and was torn, but was comfy. And we got to enjoy a lot of contact highs even though we told the desk we really didn't want to. Room was hot. But that's ok..the neighbors were as equally cold

The hotel itself was cute the lobby and the elevator small but stairs are a step to the right. The room was nice but very cold even with the heater it didn't do much to help. The sheet had stains and hair on them. The walls are very thin and the neighbor was having a very good time during their stay.
