The New Yorker Hotel

Great location. Great Hotel. Great staff. Mohammed went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Without question this was one of the safest places to stay with security welcoming everyone and checking keys. Also, temp scans and cleanliness. Everything is close by including food and shopping. Couldn't ask for better stay. Great job.

This was an outstanding hotel! I got the space I wanted the most, where the blue sky and the beautiful landscape were visible to me. The employees who accommodated me that day were very understandable, friendly, and respectful. I am very happy and grateful to have gone to this great holiday hotel. One of the best things I've had before.

My favorite hotel I stay here most of the time. Great staff they go above and beyond. Plus it's very historic. I recommend getting a room with a terrace. It's worth the extra $$

Very professional environment. Everyone feels trained elite and ready to go the mile to do their stationed job. It feels organized and for me that is refreshing in these trying times. Temperature checks done daily, cleaning staff is seen working hard through out the building. Helpful staff is alert and ready to answer questions. They are knowledgeable and trained to do the job they are assigned. I hate going places where you ask a question and no one seems to know the answer or cares to find out. That isn't the case here and for me, with my disability that is very comforting. I have my service dog and they were very professional and she got sick but nobody over reacted, just helped me take care of the situation by calmly directing me through the procedure. Sometimes service dogs get sick, but we do take responsibility for our animal if you speak to us calmly and explain what we need to do to fix it.
