The Wall Street Inn

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Location is amazing. Service was above and beyond!! Thanks to the kind man at the front desk who helped me feel comfortable my first night in the city. Who took the time to help me with my bags, personally showed me where to eat, and helped direct my Uber. Most sincere service I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. Thanks Wall Street Inn!

Very clean and tidy, a lot if thought went into the toiletries in the room.nGood job!!!

The front desk employee was absolutely rude. We were given a different room then what we booked. We were in the room a total of 15 mins while waiting for the correct room. The same employee called and questioned if we used anything in the previous room. Again the 15 mins we were in there.

This hotel was an okay experience. I wouldn't stay here again. The lever to drain the water from the tub wasn't working. So you had to pry the stopper up with your hands.nnThe over night person was very rude. He was sitting in their breakfast area on his cell, where I had to figure out if he worked there or if he was a guest. He stayed on his cell while I was trying ask a question. He didn't tell the person to hold on so he could understand what I was telling him. And then he was annoyed as thou I was bothering him. It really annoyed me... The person I spoke to at my check out today was nice and apologized on his behalf and said it wasn't their main employee. Because of covid they bring people in for help. But even thou, they should hire people with better customer service.

Very charming place. Great location. Very comfortable beds. Friendly front desk. Very much worth the money..
