Lotte New York Palace

Couldn’t have enjoyed my stay here more. Was in town for a work trip (during pandemic) and the staff, and facilities were just fantastic. Everything was clean and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room was very large and had a great view - very modern and clean. Great amenities too - all the Molton Brown you desire! The manager, Miles, was so helpful and accommodating! True 5 star service.

Everything started with amazing service from reservation department where Mr. Paolo Romero took care of us. He was beyond wonderful and truly exceeded all the expectations. Hotel is great, service perfect and we will be back again!

This beautiful upscale hotel is located on the east side near posh boutiques and Rockefeller Center. The interior oozes elegance and old world charm. The staff is very attentive.

Beautiful hotel in a great location in NYC. If you have the means, it's worth a stay for sure.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The people are very accomodating. We had room service, and the food is fantastic! If you have a chance, you can watch a shot on the first floor. And this hotel has a nice pool and a nice bar on the 10th floor. Everything here is exceptional! We will definitely come back to our next trip and recommend the hotel to all of my colleagues.
