Staybridge Suites Lehi - Traverse Ridge Center

Amazing place to stay! Comfortsble, Private, relaxing, and very clean! We will definitely be staying here again. Beautiful!! Absolutely loved our time here. **And not even one annoying knock on our door early in the morning like everywhere else we've stayed!!

I have NEVER had to deal with a situation as we have while staying here. Our account was wrongfully charged not once, not twice but 3 times, putting our account over $1000 dollars in the negative not including the fees associated with the negative balance. This stay was a business trip of 2 weeks so you can imagine the total cost. They had the company card on file as well as our personal to pay for items bought in the lobby. We have not been given a straight answer as to why our personal card keeps getting charged. They say they don’t understand. We get that mistakes happen, however the lack of concern on the hotel MANAGERS part (Jenette) blows my mind. She won’t return my husbands phone calls. It is the same for the GM (Justin) we have left messages with him and haven’t received any communication! My husband is miles away from home, working with no money because of their mistakes! They haven’t offered one single thing other than some of the food they have in the lobby (microwave meals and finger foods). This highly upsets me! At the LEAST they could have given him a gift card or something to be able to buy sustainable food or have at least one good meal at a local restaurant. Had they done more to show some compassion, I could have overlooked the issue. This is a huge deal, you cannot do business and have costly mistakes like this, that impacts a persons financial situation to this degree! Other than that, the hotel is nice and clean and great amenities. The non-management staff is wonderful.

I stayed at this Hotel for 5 months and there wasn’t a day that I didn’t feel comfortable, taken care of, and appreciated. Bill the GM goes above and beyond making the guest feel welcomed and taken care of. Hailey at the front desk was amazing and is always smiling and helping out any way she can.

Very nice place. The bed is comfortable. The pool is open year round. The room had a fridge, stove and microwave. No Oven.
