The team at Trinity was professional, respectful and stopped at any point to answer any questions that we had. We are very pleased with our new roof and when the job was complete it was as if they had never been there - clean up was top notch. Very professional and efficient. Complete tear off and new roof in 2 days. Great job with cleanup; not many stray nails left laying around. Would recommend to anyone needing roof work. Their partnering with a local credit union made securing a loan very easy and secure. John’s (owner) detailed estimate and knowledge of products was spot on. His project manager, Jenny, was on the job both days and his crew chief and team worked great as a team.

I called Trinity Home renovations to request a quote on replacing my roof. They were very prompt in returning my call. The company I used for a previous roof, never even returned my call. The work that was completed was a tear off and re-roof. Hank, Paula and Jennifer were great with the quote, scheduling and supervision of the job. The crew was very professional. With this being a tear off of two roofs, there was alot of material to clean up. The crew did an excellent job. I would recommend their work.

I am very happy I chose Trinity for my roof replacement. John the owner did the estimate. I had just finished helping my brother replace his roof over 3 summers and since I didn't have that kind of time I needed a reliable company that would fix the problems the last roofing company caused many years before I bought the house. John answered my questions before I could ask them. From the proper technique for the valleys to cutting a channel in the chimney to install the flashing that leaked for years due to the last company. They estimated 2 days for tear off, full sheeting replacement and shingle installation and they were right on time. Jenny the PM was great. She made sure to communicate everything down to the smallest detail. We had the first decent snow storm a day before they started and they still did quality work. It looks great. Many thanks to John, Jenny, Adam and crew.

Would have liked to work with this company, however, scheduled an estimate for Saturday April 10, and received a voice mail April 2nd to confirm an appointment for April 3rd (a week earlier). Called back, left a voice mail confirming, although a little confused as to why it changed to a week before. Restructured my plans for the day and no one showed to estimate the roof. Although there was a call back apologizing for the mistake on their end, it does not leave a good taste in my mouth to know I would potentially hire this company to responsibly put an expensive roof on my house. Went with a company that was responsible and followed through from the first contact.
