We had some pretty leaky gutters and had tried to repair them ourselves but nothing was working. I checked out reviews for Highland and they were highly rated so I emailed them for a quote. They got back to me the same day to schedule an estimate. Tim was our sales rep and he came out promptly and shared all his knowledge of the product and the procedure. He was very thorough and fair. He wrote up the quote and said the projects were running about 2 months out. He called the scheduler who said in 2 weeks they had an opening. Tim was very responsive to my texts and emails even after business hours. Jeff came out a week after the quote was given and installed our new gutters in less than 3 hours in the rain. Great service. Very professional team. We will definitely use Highland for future projects!!
Highland did a fantastic job siding our house and garage! They also put in a new door and new windows. Kevin and Tiffany took their time to do it right. What a transformation!! Our neighbors have stopped by to tell us how great the results are! The 5 year no interest financing was perfect for us. They are siding and roofing my daughter’s house next. Couldn’t be happier. We highly recommend Highland Contractors!
This company was awesome from beginning to end. Receptionist was pleasant. We were required to get a second inspection on the roof of a house we are purchasing by a certified roofer. Phil was friendly and knowledgeable. All too often you hear of bad experiences with contractors. Highland Contractors are a diamond in a ruff. I can't say anything but good things about this company. I look forward to being able to use them in the future.
Following a nasty wind storm that tore off a portion of my siding and many of my roof tiles, I reached out to multiple contractors for quotes. Dominic from Highland Contractors was quick to get back to me, and was out within a couple days to look at the situation. He quickly determined insurance could help and went the extra mile to work directly with my insurance company to assist with the claim. The day my insurance company came out, Dominic was there to work with them, and he helped immensely to get my claim approved. It was only a couple weeks' wait before Highland was able to come out, and they were able to completely tear down and replace my roof within 5 days. They were incredibly nice, hard-working and understanding, even holding off on loud work so my daughter could participate in a remote school meeting during one of the days. The roofer, Jeff, was one of the hardest working guys I've seen, and his attention to detail was incredible as he not only replaced the roof but kept me up to date, each day, with what had been done and what he was working on next.nnI almost never write reviews, but Highland Contractors went so above and beyond I couldn't help but say something. If you need any of the services they provide, you would be doing yourself a big disservice not to reach out to Highland.
Joe and Izzy were very professional and prompt. They helped to explain exactly how the ice removal process was going to happen and shared pictures of the results. Even though they had a busy schedule due to the weather, they made sure to clean up all the ice of our deck and other areas. Thanks Guys!
