I used to love this place. The prices were much cheaper than Duane Reade and it was clean and well organized.nBut for the past year I've found that every time I got to the register the price is higher than listed on the front of the shelf. There's always an excuse – the customers moved the products or no, it's buy 3 get 1 free, not buy 2, or they have a price marked one week then take the price off and you don't find out that it went up till you get to the register.nI thought it was just me till the woman in line ahead of me had the same problem and we talked.nI got so tired of standing in line just to feel cheated that I don't go there anymore.
A young woman named Shirley , or Shira (my apologies for forgetting), was my savior one day! She was kind and helpful and most of all empathetic. I would advise everyone to shop here , great customer service !
Store is balanced on selection granted prices are tad high. Things are orderly and easy to find what you want. But their pharmacy staff is very good and knowledgeable. Lines also sometimes long.
It was my first time going to this drug store to buy some medicine for my mother. I am amazed by them for they did entertain me gratefully. They are all friendly and welcoming. I will surely be going back here.
The Staff in Rite-Aid is awesome. They will assist you in anything you ask of them. Their employees are all courteous & polite.. My overall experience w/this store is awesome.
