I noted one star, as it is required to enter.n3-24-2021 I was passed a..... counterfeiter $20.00....... on a purchase that included cash back.nI called the property to inform them of the situation. I was told to return to the store at my earliest convenience. I was not given any additional instruction.nI returned to the store 10PM 3-30-2021.nThe manager claimed to be searching the cameras.nShe returned and stated there was no transaction at the register indicated for the time of the transaction which was untrue. Anyone with basic knowledge of accounting, knows the transaction may be tracked in the credit card system utilizing the date, last four digits of the credit card and the amount. He demeanor and claim came as if I were not being truthful, which prompted me to notify the nearest police present for a report. I made purchases of 30-50 daily at this CVS for the last 4 years. I will not be returning.nPoor guest relationsnPoor knowledge of their own payment processing system.nPoor management attitude

I went to the optical center for the first time, and what an amazing experience. The doctor and staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Even when the lens in my new glasses fell out after 2 days, I was simply told, come back in and we'll take care of it. A few days later my new glasses arrived, and they still weren't to my liking. The staff worked with me until I found a pair that worked. FANTASTIC customer service, and I will continue to be a loyal customer. I'd like to mention Yonathan by name, because he helped me immensely. A great team of professionals working there.

i stopped here to get coconut water and my life suddenly changed thanks to the staff. wow, just one smile or hug can make a huge difference at this day in age. i want to thank you angel, andy and jeremy for your outstanding customer service!!!! all my love to you all!!!!

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST ! The only way you can improve is to Put NICOLLETE the pharmacist in complete charge of all the pharmacists from CVS in Manhattan or Midtown. I’m 56 years old I have been in many CVS ‘s in Manhattan and New Jersey if I have to rate the others CVS’s locations I will rate them from 3 to 6 some are really bad the way they treat the customers others are average.nThe CVS I use now is a bit far to walk then the CVS in 10th Avenue with 53rd Street or CVS in 9th Avenue with 59th Street I’m on 55th between 9th and 10th and I walk to CVS on 8th Avenue with 57th WHY ?nI have to say CVS on 8th Avenue with 57th Street —— From 1 to 10 I will Give a 10n5 Stars The pharmacist Nicollete is absolutely an OUTSTANDING PROFESSIONAL and all the Team that works there are amazing always with a smile, very polite, they care !
