CVS...always a positive shopping experience. There is a front lobby greeter, very knowledgeable, which is an added benefit to this chain of drug stores. Sets the tone for the 15 to 20 minutes I might be in the store. Friendly, experienced staff...always very helpful. The pharmacists are terrific. On the spot service is available. They help you navigate through prescription policies contacting your physician when additional prescription information is needed. CVS started stocking groceries in selected locations - additional added convenience.

The staff was extremely unprofessional including security guard.nThey kept watching me all around as I shopped for a simple box of cookies.nThey were acting as If I was a traditional thief in the sitenDO NOT VISIT, GO TO THE NEAREAST PHARMACY ACROSS THE STREET

I absolutely adore the staff in the optical department ! I had a Fantastic time during my eye exam appointment with Dr. Wagner and the manager Mr. Butler. Both were so kind, so efficient, and so organized. What I liked most about my appointment was that the manager personalized my experience when deciding what glasses to get. I'm particular, so I appreciated the patience and suggestions. I got my glasses within a few days. Picked them up today and I love my Felix Gray glasses !

This cvs is terrible. The employees are of no help. They get annoyed if you ask them a question and the security guards follow u around the store on the first floor .nnGo to walgreens instead ita literally 100 feet from this place .nnNow I can see why this cvs has such a low rating. Poor management , rude incompetent employees that would rather talk on their phones then help a customer
