Holiday Inn Express Rochester NE - Irondequoit

Staff was friendly, bed was comfy but the room was the dirtiest I've ever stayed in. And it was more than just a missed spot. There was hair everywhere in the bathroom and tub, coffee beans and sugar packet wrappers on the floor too. Also large stain and crumbs on the rug. I'm not sure if this was the norm for the hotel because it was my first time at a holdiday inn but for the price I paid I've definitely found nicer hotels in the price point.

The first night there was a little frustrating because we had to wait an hour to get extra towels & linen for the sofa bed, other than that it was a comfortable stay. I just wish that the pool & fitness center was open but since we're still dealing with Covid19 I understand why they were closed.

Very friendly front desk staff nice and clean updated Hotel unfortunately the pool is under construction and it's not posted on their page
