Wonderful staff, EXTREMELY accommodating especially Thomas who happened to be one of the managers. His customer service was genuinely sincere. You could tell he truly enjoys what he does. I cant say enough but thank you!

Excellent staff; rooms are spacious and have refrigerator and microwave; great location; inside and outside always clean and well lit

The reception staff was very friendly and pleasant.nMy room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

I stayed there 15 days when my husband had open heart surgery at Rochester Geeneral. My original reservation was for 4 days. I was a day to day and it was not a problem for me.

Lots of people loitering around who definitely were not staying at the hotel. Didn't feel safe at all. We will not be returning.
