Elk Place

The Elks Place is located downtown, I am a evangelist enjoying my stay in this historical 1940’s rooming hotel. I just relocated from another state, I like the rent utilities included. Great location for independent singles, college students or someone trying to relocate in Rochester N. Y on a budget or trying to save money to acquire the foundation of basic living. Elks place is surrounded by essentials Family dollar, library, YMCA, Tops Market , restaurant and hotels, barber shops/ beauty salons. RTS transit, greyhound, Amtrak, Post Office, Salvation Army,Department of Social Services, Eastman School of Music; and for the price living downtown in this hotel is what you make out of it. Amen!

The store is located in this building. The store owners are exceptionally nice people. Very hard working, and the subs are awesome.
