Rite Aid

I hope this remains a Rite Aid! I am surprised by the negative reviews as I've been going here regularly and very frequently for the past 12 years. I've had consistently excellent service from the pharmacists to the managers to the cashiers, and several have been there for many years. They have all been friendly and helpful to me, and have always answered all my questions and concerns, and have helped me locate items. I love the wellness rewards, and both the store hours and location on Titus are very convenient

Wow, some negative reviews! I have ALWAYS found the staff to be friendly and helpful there. I shop there atlas once a week. Always a positive experience!

Never has my prescription on time. Always have to wait. Staff not very friendly.

Pharm never opens on time

By far the worst costumer service i have ever received from a store. Countless times i have been spoken to with such disrespect from not only the pharmacy but in store registers as well, i will definitely be switching locations. Clearly i am not the only one who has been treated this way as well. I truly hope who ever manages this location takes some time to properly train employees how to speak to other humans with respect.
