Astonishing lack of communication and struggle to provide accurate information. Routinely hear conflicting information from different employees in pharmacy. I have repeatedly called to ensure the scripts can be filled, only to be told they cannot upon arrival. Gave them too many chances and was consistently let down. Absolutely do recommend to anyone needing a vital prescription; in fact I implore individuals to steer clear.

Your pharmacist can be a little more personable plus when somebody hasn't gotten their medication and they have to get it refilled. I spoke to the pharmacist saying I wasn't able to get a hold of my doctor's office and spend since Thursday nobody's picking up do you have any reasons as to why can you guys at least send them an email help me out they said no we can't do anything I go so I guess I should just go to Wegmans he goes yeah I guess you should or you can drive to your doctor's I said I don't drive that's all he had for me nothing else nothing more very rude kind of no personality not helpful whatsoever I can't get a hold of my doctor's office I can't do anything all he said was there's nothing we can do you guys can't call my doctor's office for me you can't put in a little bit extra effort to help me out he said there's nothing I can do you can't send them an email there's nothing I can do you can't call the office for me I've been trying to call them since Thursday they won't pick up nothing I can do sorry bye really really not helpful this happened today at 1:17. Really should have a personable staff you guys can't at least call my doctor's office you guys can't help me out you're just going to suggest I go somewhere else literally can't call the doctor's office . All you can just say is we can't do anything sorry if this was somebody and I was on the phone with them I would say you know what it's been since Thursday you can't get hold of your doctor's office and you're calling today and you still can't get a hold of them let's have us try to call them for you I'm sorry for the inconvenience nope nothing

They were so rude. An employee told me via phone that I was able to receive a western union at their location. I walked to the store and another employee told me they could not do my western union and had no idea who I talked to. Made no effort to assist me or even give me the next closest walgreens location.

You all need to chill with these reviews. It's a Walgreens in the city and people are understaffe3d & underpaid. So instead of taking your anger out on them via google review, just check-out, get in your car, and move on with your life.

The staff was really funny and helpful as well. Stuff could be hard to find and out of place but they knew where things were
