Full Moon Vista Bike & Sport

Purchased a bike and accessories here today. I rarely leave reviews for places I visit but this one really left a mark! That being said I highly recommend this bike shop. I am new to the cycling world and they were extremely helpful and accommodating. They fitted me for my bike, recommended gear, answered all of my questions to great detail, and made sure I was comfortable with everything I was taking home before leaving. The atmosphere in the building was great and every staff member I worked with was very professional and knowledgeable! Thank you!

Best Bike Shop in town. Whether you are an expert or shopping for your kids, you get treated the same. I have been in other shops that wont even acknowledged you unless you are in their crowd. When you enter there is always a friendly hello. I been cycling 44 years in Rochester. I have seen a lot of shops come and go. I worked with many of them both professionally and personally. This has been the best shop by far.

This bike store should receive 10 stars and more. My daughter and I recently both purchased bikes from here. We were completely shocked at the difference of bike shops when we went shopping around. This shop is beyond outstanding and outshines any of the other local bike shops. I can't say enough good words. The people are beyond helpful, knowledgeable and spent so much time with us. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Best bicycle shop I have ever patronized in 3 decades and that includes about 10 shops in Rochester area. They are very receptive and make a very earnest effort to know you, your needs and quirks! They (from the sales staff to the repair staff) treat their customers like family and are always looking out for you for best deal/solution. Recently I was called after hours about the status of my bike repair with, an as usual, very detailed report!

I haven't been on a bike in a few years, and Full Moon Vista really did a wonderful job at finding me the perfect bike! All the staff were friendly and they helped adjust the bike to fit my needs. They were very welcoming as I was a newcomer to it all! Would recommend as it was an amazing experience and the staff went above and beyond!
