Super 8 by Wyndham Oneida Verona

This place was horrible if I could give 0 starts I would. The beds had big dips big enough for me to fall in when I rolled. The rooms were not clean at all. There was a random sock that was not our in the bed. The bathroom was so nasty I had to clean it myself and that was after a room change do to the bed. Me and my husband wanted a king bed but the dip in the beds were to big so they moved us to a room with two twin beds. Both room equally gross. The woman that worked there did her best to help and she was nice that's all I have to say nice about this hotel

First checked in and the guy at the front desk acted like you were bothering him. Once checked in, went into the room, the carpet was not vacuumed, smoke alarm taped to the ceiling, black mold on the iron board, cigarette burn holes in the bedding in a non smoking room, mystery residue on the wall, and lastly there were BED BUGS!!! Please save yourself money and don't make the mistake I did!! I was denied a refund soon after and I filed a complaint to the health department!!

Worst place I ever stayed. Not being from that area I wish I would of did more research. Paid for a smoking room which was not available at the time of check in. But if i paid for it days in advance they should have saved that room for me because it was paid for. Besides that I'm sure other stuff be going on. Not a place I would recommend to any one.

We stay in hotels all the time and I have never, ever stayed in such a disgusting room. Room smelled of cigarette smoke and was absolutely filthy. A man had shaved his face and the sink was not cleaned properly. Went to take a shower and seeing as we are in town under an emergency situation we didn't bring toiletries with us expecting to have them here. No! One towel, no conditioner, no cups and again, an absolutely filthy room. The staff was extremely flippant and really could care less. During a stressful situation, it would be nice if we could shower and rest but this visit was terrible. A complete waste of $85. Im sure a truck stop shower would be more accomodating than this place. Such a disappointment.

Great place that's cost efficient. Always clean.
