Unlike apartment living, you have your own self-contained home and a yard for recreational activities. You also have your own driveway for up to 2 cars. The management makes sure that the facilities are well-maintained and that the rules are enforced. The grounds here look park-like and the residents take pride in how their property is maintained. We have lived here for 5 years and love this community!

I have lived here for almost 20 years. Have never been sorry that I moved here. New owners are making great strides in improvements and I'm looking forward to the future endeavors. Office and maintenance always working for the residents and do great job of keeping everyone compliant of rules. Proud to say I live here and have people visit. Many are surprised at how quiet it is here.

MY wife. And I have been here for many years with no problems. We feel safe and love the area. Shopping is close. We recommend this for everyone.

Creekside of Hamlin has been an amazing place for my kids to grow up. It's a well maintained, well cared for community with wonderful staff and residents. If you are looking for a great place to live, this is it!

Lived here 4 years now, the park is nice, tidy and a safe community. But every year the land rent increases and the rules on what you can have in your yard are very strict. In the summer they drive around in their golf carts ( that you cant own) and leave little notes on your door of things you have to fix ( bushes too tall, grass needs to be cut, garbage cans in wrong location ect.)
