Just because you pay lot tent does not mean they maintain their lot you rent on. They will even give you a list of what they want your lot to look like and what to have on it, and when to mow your lawn. If you like your grass to try and grow and get thick by not cutting it every week, then may I suggest the others parks on the street as they don't try to act like a neighborhood association.

My son lives at Harper. Nice clean and attractive mobile home park.

Bout to live here. Seems like a nice place

I lived here for a bit, I enjoyed the neighborhood and the people here. Rent was reasonable and the office was easy to work with.
