I been living here for 3 years I love it best people I ever met

Do not rent or buy a trailer from Lake's Home Center because they will not fix anything or they will try to get more money out of you. If any of the residents start anything with you and you tell the landlord and he will say that you are the cause of the problem and will try to evict you. If they trow things into your yard and tell the landlord and he does nothing about it. He doesn't care if you are handicapped and on SSI and can't work, he will say in your face to get off your dead a** and get a job. He doesn't get along with people who work for Social Services or even HUD.nnIf you leave them a message to fix things and they don't show up. If you do what a lawyer tells you to do and you tell the landlord what the lawyer says, he will make himself look good and you bad to make that landlord a perfect angel and he's better than you and everyone else or even that he knows the law which he doesn't. This landlord also has his favorites and he will do everything for them and not ones who are not his favorites and that's not right and believes them over you and they are the true liars. If someone shows up to do the repairs and a resident that doesn't live at the home start harping on the workers and you try to tell them both to stop their fighting and the worker blames you and that's also grounds for an eviction? The landlord also has spies that spy on you and are the favorites of him and that's wrong.nnAlso the hours for the business is misleading because they are not always around at the times they are supposed to be open or they often go hiding out in the big red garage out back.

Don’t rent from them they will kick you out with no notice and will steal anything in the house while you are gone and then lie to police and say that you left it behind and the owners daughter will also get involved on stealing stuff from your home. They also take advantage of military and believe that if you area low rank and they do this to you they will get away with it because you don’t have the money to do anything about it. Also the landlord dose not like to make repairs on places and maintenance is very lazy even in emergency situations.

There is mold in midew in most of the houses and they don’t want to do nothing about it. I also have photos of this as proof as well it’s disgusting and he chooses not to tell his residents until it’s to late and he has already gotten money from them. (Landlord’s name is randy)
