Ramada by Wyndham Watertown

I was stuck there for a few days due to weather and paperwork issues at the border. I stayed for about 4 days. It an older property that is modernized and well maintained and clean. The room was comfortable. The staff were great. Heather, Tiffany, and Kelly at the front desk and restaurant were friendly and helpful. Any time I am.in the area I will stay again.

It was the worst experience I've had as a guest in a hotel.. the night worker or as she wants to sarcastically tell you, manager, treated me very disrespectfully.. I was locked out of my room and she refused to help me because I wasn't the person who paid with her card. That person left for a few hours to go visit someone. So I had no other choice but to leave the hotel without a place to go. I will never stay there again.

I stayed here after our apartment building fire.The staff and accommodations are wonderful. They were absolutely amazing.With that, my anxiety over the tragedy was bearable.

Nice rooms could use updated. But they have a big parking lot if you drive a semi.

Was so horrible. The whole 3rd floor smelled like smoke. None of the key cards worked, and after my third attempt to get new cards, the guy at the desk said it was our fault for storing them near phones or debit cards. I witnessed physical violence outside the hotel on 2 occasions by guests. There was no breakfast, and the staff was super rude (other than a super awesome staff member named Jessie) We traveled across the country and this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Covid is no excuse to treat guests poorly, and to not offer breakfast. OR COFFEE. There was literally no coffee in the hotel. Not we’re there outlets by the bed.nnGo else where. Don’t waste your time Or money at this dump.
