Comfort Inn & Suites Watertown - 1000 Islands

I struggled with this review. I am still currently staying here at this hotel because they offer most of the services we need. A two queen suite, pet friendly, within my alloted fees for TLA, & close to the military base. However, they cons seem to outweigh the pros at times. The tub was stained, there was a bug in the tub upon entering the room, the sink has slow draining water, the wash cloths are in short supply, the furniture in the room is soiled and warped, and housekeeping has not met my requests with room cleaning. The only reason I haven't left yet is because the customer service here is amazing. They really do make me feel welcomed and the things that are wrong isn't their fault. Whoever is in charge of the place need to make some changes and upgrades to this hotel.

Very nice place. The bed was wicked comfortable. Many pillows on the king size bed. Reasonable price. I will stay here in the future.

Room was very roomy but not roomy enough for my wheelchair. Staff was EXCELLENT and friendly!

Staff was great. The room was a bit worn and shabby. The internet was reminiscent of dial up service. Trying to work remotely was a challenge.

Stayed at king suite. Room was spacious but it felt a bit dirty, window had smudges from people on top and dogs on the bottom, kitchenette cabinets had also marks from touching. There was no hot water in the morning but that was probably just a hiccup, it was hot the previous night. Otherwise friendly and lots of grass for dogs around the hotel. Extra fee for dogs$25/pet
