Best Western Watertown Fort Drum

Wonderful staff. So friendly and helpful, decent prices. But pool looks dingy and stained and has dirt all over in it. And stained washcloths in the room needs some updates.

This establishment has a pool, it was very hard to find an inexpensive hotel in Watertown with a pool. The night staff at the front desk was Extremely helpful and very courteous to my family during our visit. I would stay there again.

Last night I was helped by Taylor and Ravon. I watched them help a few guests then myself. These women are personable, caring, fun and they come across not only as fantastic employees, but like they know they are valued at their jobs. They are proud to represent their hotel. Says so much about their character as well as their company's. You make me strongly consider applying when I have an excellent job already, based on impression alone. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Room was very nice especially for the price but the employees made and make a difference. Also Ravon is sparkly. I like sparkles.

The hotel itself is fine - the staff was very friendly and it seemed clean. However, at about 11 oclock at night some drunk guy tried entering our room (clearly couldn’t get in with his key). We laughed it off. About 20 minutes later, he gained access to our room! Luckily I had the other lock on, but we had to ask him to leave multiple times before he did. We called the front desk to complain and were pretty much shrugged off. Big yikes. Will not stay here again.

The staff at Best Western in Watertown, New York were all very friendly. Rooms were clean and pet friendly ud83dude01. Price was reasonable. I will definitely be staying there again.
