Beautiful and quiet place to live! Only problem I've seen is people not following the small dog rules and also not keeping their dogs on a leash! I've seen big pit bulls and all kinds of big shepherd looking dogs. One actually attacked my small dog while he was on our own property and on a leash!

Worst place to deal with. They are scam artists. They take your money and do not do what they were paid to do. They should not be running a business!

I called the main office with questions about the community and the houses for sale, and got the most rude lady talking over me and did not answer any of my questions.She then asked if I was taking a survey. Wtf. You say to call our office with questions but yet never answered one of em. I'm sure this isn't the place for my family do to the rude trailer park manager.
