I work for a large real estate firm and have used Vanguard Roofing for many years. They are my favorite roofing company to use and wish I could use them at other buildings across the country! Used Vanguard to cut vent holes and install curbs onto my flat roof for our commercial kitchen. Frank Algier is my POC and he has been WONDERFUL. Extremely attentive, professional, fair and insightful. The job was not a huge one but the service provided was as if it was. Still working with them to assist with other issues. They went above and beyond to help fix the issues we were having around the job location on the rooftop even though it was not 100% part of their scope. I highly recommend them.
