ROXBURY MANOR

A Beautiful home. Immaculately maintained. I know this house very well since my uncle owned it when I was growing up. In 2017 he sold it to a wonderful family who made it into the Roxbury manor. This is a home I plan on visiting often. I know you will love this home. If you go, open a bottle of wine or champagne or anything with a cork, write something special on the cork and add it to the bowl on the kitchen table. Your search for an upstate vacation/rental home can stop here! Roxbury Manor is the perfect place if you are planning a getaway to the Catskills region. Right in the heart of the town of Roxbury, the 5 bedroom house answered to our every need. The house is charming and quaint. Extremely clean and well furnished. Amazon Firestick for the TV was an added bonus for late night movie watching. Kitchen is well equipped with every thing you need to make dinners at home if you'd like. There are also restaurants in short walking distance and in neighboring towns like beautiful Margaretville. The house is steps away from the convenience store across the street, wine store, and general store. Palmer Hill and Andes Rail hiking trails just a few miles away. We went up for a weekend but I can see how the house is perfect for a family reunion, wedding etc. Mary, the owner, was immediately available for any questions we had. Check in was super easy. Check out was sad... we didn't want to leave! I will definitely be back to Roxbury Manor. Thank you Mary!

I love this house! It's a beautiful Victorian Farmhouse with original woodwork. It gives off that old style vibe but it also has all of the modern amenities you could need. The kitchen is a perfect blend of old and new with it's original cabinets mixed with new appliances. You get that old farmhouse feel but without sacrificing comfort. It's close to the slopes and the owners website has discounts for group ski trips right on it! There are a lot of bedrooms, 5 or 6 if I remember correctly, some with multiple beds so its perfect for a group or large family. I can't wait to go back!

My friends and I stayed at the Roxbury Manor for a weekend of skiing in the Catskills. Roxbury Manor is a charming and comfortable country house convenient to Roxbury’s shops and restaurants, with easy access to great uncrowded skiing at nearby family-owned Plattekill Mountain. Plattekill is a very friendly, reasonably priced mountain with over 1,000 vertical feet of varied terrain. We all had a wonderful time and will definitely be returning to Plattekill Mountain and the Roxbury Manor.
