Hilton Garden Inn Elmira/Corning

Over all, not very satisfied with the service offered by this hotel. I did not set the price we paid, and was refused even the most basic level of breakfast. Spending well over $100 for a one night stay anywhere, for a retired person, should bring with some small degree of comfort.nAnd having to move ourselves, after already getting in bed, because of the people next to us making excessive noise, is unacceptable.

If I could rate this hotel a zero I would. The pictures are the complete opposite. We signed up for a king with whirlpool. Spent a good 30 minutes on phone with clerk as she explained, we get there after booking and it’s nothing similar. The room was small, also whirlpool was not in bedroom as said. The bed was hard as a rock. Horrible view from room. The last straw was the jets DIDNT work in the tub. We paid $200 for this???? Are you kidding me. We left a hour into stay. Never again!

It was beautiful room was beautiful staff were so wonderful and friendly and the bar tender was awesome I loved my stay definitely again!!!

Very nice, clean, beautifully decorated, and the staff joyfully helped us to take some anniversary pictures of us in front of their beautiful fireplace and Christmas tree.

Welcoming atmosphere, clean, and efficient. Typical Hilton experience. Attached bar and cafe. Swimming pool and hot tub.
