Hampton Inn Elmira/Horseheads

I didn’t like the breakfast and coffee was cold. I use to go to Hampton Inns because it saves me time having breakfast included, generally breakfast is good but at this one they cam make a better effort. On the other hand hotel is very nice, rooms are very clean and confortable, a bit old but in excellent shape, It is very well maintained and staff is very friendly. So yes I will definitively will cone back and stay here again!

Stayed here the past week while on business travel. Helpful staff. This is at a very good location, right across the Arnot Mall and in the vicinity of many restaurants.nThe Hampton Inn offers free bike rentals, this was quite surprising and nice! They have a nice little patio outside, by the breakfast area which was very well kept!nThe indoor pool and hot tub was nice!

We usually try to find a Hamptonor Holiday Inn Express. This is a nice Hampton. The air temperature in the pool area could be higher but that's the only thing I could complain about. This is a nice hotel.

Location was pretty good, 15 minutes to downtown, several restaurants a short distance away, pool and hot tub were nice, very busy early empty after 9. Open until 10. Breakfast was very good. Excellent service, very nice room. Only negative would be walls lack sound deadening material so it was a little loud depending on your neighbors. Overall it was very good.

The staff at this Hampton Inn were extremely friendly and helpful. The facility was clean inside and out. The entire staff, especially the housekeeping staff need to be congratulated for their hard work. The breakfast served was very good and the coffee was excellant! We will be back!
