Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Big Flats (Elmira), NY

This was a very nice hotel at a reasonable price through a 3-rd party. Our room was clean, soaps were nice, however the refridgerator could've been a bit bigger. There are no complaints here, however, the microwave needed to be moved from the initial location because the cord wasn't long enough to reach any outlet. One of the power outlets next to the beds did not work, which made us have to unplug the clock. Also, the key cards quit working on several occasions (although that did not have an impact on this review, still something to be aware of). Most of the staff was very friendly. We never encountered anyone rude. The fact of having an indoor swimming pool in March was perfect. There were times the hallways smelled of certain herbs (usually late at night), however, being 33-years old, I don't really care. This location get's 4/5 from me, I simply will not report a place as perfect if it isn't. I would 100% return here if I needed to, and would suggest that you stay here for the price, based on my experience.

Good room rate - but no breakfast service

Was not overly happy with my stay last night. I felt like I was bothering the front desk lady. She made it seem.like she would rathet be doing anything but helping us. She was point blank about there being no breakfast which I understand with all this going on but it should be listed that way on the website. Then this morning when the same lady was rude to me while checking out I had had enough.

I had a great night.. loved my stay
