Quality Inn

We booked this hotel because it was rated 3 stars. It should NOT be! I hardly ever complain about rooms but we were literally there for about 45 minutes! We just wanted a clean bed and some food after a very long day of driving. So we took dinner to our room and ate quick, then tried to go to bed. I pulled the covers back and there was hair, a bug and grass on the sheets! Then I noticed there was some white powder on the headboard and all over the sheets and pillows from the ceiling crumbling. Thankfully we didn't get into bed. We immediately went to ask for a refund but they refused. So, our loss but I will never sleep in a place like that.

I have stayed here many times for work. The staff is very friendly and always willing to go above and beyond for the customers! the rooms are clean and the prices are very reasonable. Thank you!

Well, I'm not sure what the picture of the big brick building is! I was looking for that huge building as my GPS said I was getting close, but that building certainly is not the place or anywhere near the hotel! Anyway, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and they gave me an awesome packed breakfast since they can't have their buffet open! I will definitely stay there again when I'm in the Elmira area!
