Bicycle Source

I literally had the best experience when I went to bicycle source in Pompton plains yesterday. I arrived 15 min before they officially opened and they welcomed me in with a smile (how awesome is that, before they even opened). Than they assisted me with such professionalism and kindness. They took my bike and within 2 hours called me back to say it was fixed and ready. When I picked it up I added a water bottle holder to my bill and without asking they threw in the bottle for free. Both the young man working and the owner were awesome. Even though my second bike didn’t need it I took it their today to support this locally owned business and to my Pleasant surprise the service was an exact repeat of yesterday. Would HIGHLY recommend them for any and ALL your bike needs. Great job

I came to store looking for an air pump. The pumps are priced kind of expensive for me then I ask him whether they have an air pump that is cheaper. The guy said by laughing we dont sell cheap products. So rude!!

I brought my very very old bike in for a tune up and I am beyond satisfied with the service. All of the staff members were kind and friendly, the work was completed on time, and I can’t believe how well my bike performs now after a simple (and fairly priced) tune up from this shop. I definitely look forward to doing business here again!

I bought my old mongoose bike to this shop a few days ago. His service on that bike was excellent and I picked the bike up for 100 dollars in repairs the next day. I decided to bring in an old bike that I had because I was very happy with the service I got and wanted to give the shop more business. I was told very rudely that the bike I had would need to be completely redone and that they could not do it. I understand if that is the case and I am not trying to say that I disagree with what I was told. However, I was very upset with the way that I was told the attitude I was given was a complete turn off and I have to say after that experience, a shop that I enjoyed instantly became a place I will never visit again. The 1 star reviews say it all the attitude of what I presume is the owner based on the reviews is hit or miss and when its bad its so bad that people get completely turned off.
