Excellent Bike Shop. I went in looking for a some gear for a newly purchased mountain bike and couldn't be happier with the service and attention I was given. Richard went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed and gave me some great tips and advice for maintaining my bike. Thank-you guys!

I did a bit of online searching for a women's bike. I knew what I wanted, just hoped I could find it. Bicycle Tech had the bike , assembled it and the next weekend I went to pick it up. Everytime I called to ask questions about the bike, quick release wheels, do you sell this /that everyone was super helpful and well informed. Rich was very helpful.. attentive and I would definitely shop there again. The drive from Brooklyn to Lincoln Park was totally worth it. Thank you! Below is pic of my new girl!

I was asked if I needed a kickstand for both my bikes and I said yes but no one told me about the installation charges. The kickstand for each bike was $15.00 and the installation charges were $15.00, I ended up paying $60.00 just for the kickstand for both my bike. I am not complaining or questioning about your charges/installation fee but at least someone should notify me upfront about these charges. I have been to other bike places and I never had any experience like this. so please make sure you talk in detail on all the charges and fee before you confirm any purchase.

Bicycle Tech happens to be open on Sundays which is a great decision. I drove there and talked to Rich, the owner. He couldn't have been nicer. He didn't have what I needed, but he went out of his way to find it - literally and figuratively. Four days later, I'm the proud owner of a beautiful bike that is exactly what I asked for. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Bicycle Tech.
