Had the pleasure of buying a gravel bike for our son, he and his Virginia Tech fraternity will be traveling 4000 miles this summer for a charity. It’s one thing to purchase a bike but to be expertly fitted by a professional bike enthusiast/racer brought it to another level giving us reassurance our son is properly equipped. The Bicycle Hub did a fantastic job on a tune-up to my two bicycles I brought there and Sean who I spoke to went over the bikes, Gave me a fair estimate on the cost to repair them and did it in a timely thorough manner, When I picked up the bikes they looked brand new and ride like new. Sean explained to me what exactly they done to repair the bikes. Awesome job well done. I highly recommend the Bicycle Hub for all your biking needs, They sell Bike's, parts and accessories at fair competitive prices as well! Very knowledgeable about making bikes perform at their best. They are helpful and care about quality. Would like the turnaround time to be a little faster but understand when there is high volume. Would highly recommend.

Not a one time rating. Service and hours repeatedly inconsistent. Have driven past this shop often for further more reliable stores. Latest incident involved a part ordered more than a month ago. No calls, no follow up and finally got owner who found a part-not the correct one, then tried to charge more. Definitely recommend taking your business somewhere else even if this shop is closer.

Very useful bike shop because they have skilled mechanics and know what they are doing. They also have good bike cleaning products. I take my bike here when I need a tune-up.
