This is one GREAT bike shop! These folks know their stuff and are committed to making sure you get what you need...not what they want to sell. I've been in a ton of bike shops over the years and this shop ranks at the top. Excellent advice, service and product...highly recommend.

Everyone was so helpful to me after a tree fell on my shed and broke some bikes, including a 1970 Schwinn Varsity. Needless to say, we needed guidance deciding on a new bike, and the Giant Cypress DX was just the ticket! The techs here are so helpful and I am grateful for their caring nature.

Best Cycle shop around. Wide variety of bikes, gear and supplies. They have a rad, outdoor, equipment vending machine and manual tire pump for easy access at anytime. Great customer service and the shop is up to date and slick.

From the moment my partner and I began looking at bicycles at Sourland bikes, we knew that we were in good hands. The owner of the shop is incredibly friendly and welcoming and just a phenomenal guy. He is always outside with customers chatting or helping someone to find the perfect bike for them. The maintenance crew is efficient and very friendly- they engage in conversation with you while your bike is getting fixed on the spot. This service is incredible. Even better, they had a female bike mechanic! This is phenomenal and great to see! We absolutely love Sourland and will continue to support this great business. I encourage anyone reading this review to do the same.

Joanne was EXQUISITE with customer service/care, knowledge, & support! Due to the pandemic situation, the facility is well organized with at the door service. Joanne was approachable and immediately hooked my daughter up with a Thrive 2 Disc LIV & I with an ATX 3 with all the proper needed safety equipment (lights/pump). Within an hour Sourland Cycles had us cruising down the road and through the woods with quality GIANT cycles! Thank you for being a high end, local establishment that is friendly, supportive, safe! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
