Absolutely great experience today with salesperson Jon (sp?)!! This was my first time buying a bike and Jon was extremely professional and helpful in answering any questions I had before even asking! He was very thorough and made sure everything was perfect for me. I highly recommend this shop and I'll definitely be back for anything else I'll need in the future!

Parsippany native here. These guy's worked on my 1986 GT Performer when I was a kid, and now as an adult during my restoration process. Can't speak highly enough of the friendly people and knowledge here. Excellent work!

I purchased a bike online (from another company) and assembled myself. I felt comfortable doing it because hey, it already came mostly together, just a few things to. Took it for my first ride and within 15 minutes, the front wheel came off and fork was bent (I was fine, so there’s that!). I’m used to pass Cycle Craft all the time so figured I’d give them a call. I setup an appointment, explained (with mild embarrassment) what I did and left my bike with them.nnI got a call back at the end of the day telling me what they found and gave me a some details. With bikes being so popular and me deciding to buy a bike with a not so standard fork, it was a hunt to find me a replacement in a reasonable amount of time ( 2 month lead time!). The team was able to get me a good solution and had me back riding in under 2 weeks.nnThe service was awesome, communication was top notch and I’m back riding. I can’t recommend them enough.

Good covid practices but running out of bikes!
